正耀科技成立于1999年，初期主要从事3C电子连接器之设计、制造与销售，经过近十多年的经营和扩张，公司已经初具规模，成为跨行业的集团企业，在连接器行业已经建立了相当的知名度。
多年来公司秉持一贯创新的研发精神及对质量之坚持，实现了连接器产品从产品设计、模具设计&制造、五金冲压，注塑成型，成品组装与检测一条龙式服务，陆续通过ISO9001、ISO14001、TS16949等国际认证，是USB协会、HDMI协会的会员企业，2012年成为深圳市重点扶植的高新技术企业。
目前正耀科技已经拥有生产设备与研发人才，积极推动连接器领域技术的开发和运用。在深圳拥有现代化厂房专业制造工厂16000多平方米，员工800多人,在深圳、江西、台北、北京等建立工厂及营销据点，为全球客户提供全方位的零组件供应与产品技术服务。
